IN FOCUS: The much awaited MAHA Report was unveiled on May 22, finally giving govt. acknowledgement to the electropollution problem plaguing America. This mention, although brief (pg.44), made electropollution a target of action on the American health agenda. Produced by a special commission headed by RFK Jr., Secretary of Health and Human services, the 72 page
report outlined four main areas of concern in American children including environmental toxins. "The report’s discussion of EMR (electromagnetic radiation) serves as a conversation-starter, [b]ut it misses the mark in terms of acknowledging the impact of wireless radiation on the childhood chronic disease epidemic," said Miriam Eckenfels-Garcia, Children's Health Defense, Director of EMR and Wireless
Program. Petition: Strengthen Wireless
Radiation Protections in the Next MAHA Report

Cancer Cluster in MO School tied to Cell Tower?
↙️A 120-foot cell phone tower on a school's campus at Warren Hills Elementary in Liberty, Missouri, is under scrutiny by residents as a possible cause for the reported cancer cluster that has affected at least seven staff members since 2015. Concerned parents pushed for transfers of their children from the school. U.S. Rep. Sam Graves asked HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. to help investigate at least six cancer cases among teachers at the school. Other schools
around the country are showing cancer clusters including at NJ's Colonia High School where over 100 people have been diagnosed with brain tumors.

Starlink Makes the West Virginia Quiet Zone Noisy
Greenbank,WV may no longer be a designated national quiet zone, according to Green Bank Observatory (GBO), which began a test period in conjunction with Starlink started on Oct. 2024. Since
1958, the area has limited radio frequencies to facilitate work at the GBO, the world's largest telescope. GBO has been working with Starlink for 3-4 yrs to provide internet service to 99.5% of the households in the quiet zone without interfering with observatory signals. For almost 10 years, EMR-S refugees have contended with officials who are pushing for Wi-Fi, fearing the closing of the zone.

Dumb is the New Smart and 'Appstinence' is Hip (Illustration from Clipart Library)
Digital minimalism is making dumb things popular again. Gabriela Nguyen, a 24-year-old student at Harvard
who got her first iPod when she was 9, has started a club called APPstinence to combat cell phone addiction." Bold Business
says 28% of GenZrs surveyed want a dumb phone. "Going into college, everyone was telling us, 'You're going to remember these moments forever,'" said dumb phone fan Samantha Palazzolo. Yet, her phone was distracting her from savoring the
moments. "We were going out to these parties," she said "and people would just be scrolling on their phones."

#MAWA™️Make America Wired Again
What was the Landline Surcharge? A story of villains, The Irregulators and the Digital Divide.
Once upon a time every American who had a wired landline paid a surcharge in exchange for promise that they would continue to have a wired connection. Some people got service, others didn't. Instead, the surcharge was taken by
telecoms for wireless, says Charles Frohman of the National Health Federation. This created the Digital Divide. Scott McCullough, Esq. and Bruce Kushnick, telecom consultant, litigated a case in 2020 called the Irregulators Challenge, which
strategically opened the door for an audit of telecom carriers. Where did that money go?

Mandate to Study: EMR & the Brain
| HR 2767 introduced by U.S. Reps. Fitzpatrick and Joyce would study
the causes of glioblastoma (brain cancer) and develop drugs for it. According to the American Brain Tumor Association, more than 12,000 glioblastoma cases are diagnosed each year in the United States. According to the Brain Tumor Association, the second most cited cause of brain tumors besides genetics is high dose non-ionizing radiation, either therapeutic or most commonly from cell phones. |

Predatory Delay (PD) is a marketing tactic that was used by tobacco companies and which is being used now by telecom
companies to continue selling a bad product, says Patricia Burke. PD is the deliberate blocking of accurate information, slowing down potential change and the boosting of friendly/paid experts to fight negative news about a product. American and European Academia are also contributing to this problematic situation as are captured govt. agencies. It's up to a consumer to research the product.

PEA in a Pod? The importance of PHENYLATHYLAMINE (aWeber stock photo)
According to researchers, microwave radiation depletes Phenethylamine (PEA). PEA is an organic compound, a natural monoamine alkaloid, and trace amine that acts as a central nervous system stimulant in humans. Its deficiency is often cited in cases of depression. However, several studies have linked it to pain relief in cases of chemotherapy or radiation toxicity.
|
|
This clinical trial of PEA concluded that it is able to relieve the symptoms of chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy that causes pain, numbness, tingling, or muscle weakness in different parts of the
body.
Keep your Ticker Safe Medical Devices are Affected by EMR (aWeber stock photo)
Electronic devices in general pose a serious risk to Medical Electronic Devices (MEDs), primarily when the devices are close to the source of EMR. Investigators
were most concerned about those implanted in the human body, such as Implanted Pacemaker devices (IPM) and Implanted Cardio-Defibrillators (ICD).

A study for the design and implementation of safe metal implants urges designers to keep EMR in mind. When implants are exposed to strong EMR, they can cause pain, inflammation and tissue damage. By considering the electromagnetic effects on implants, designers can mitigate potential complications. In this survey, 1,188 physicians said that they agreed with or had seen cases of interference between EMF sources and implantable devices. Concerns were voiced about antitheft and airport security gates, though other sources may also cause incidents.

Is renting land for a tower a good deal? According to Steel in The Air, less than ½ of 1% of all cell site leaseholders make $10,000 a month. The
lease usually keeps adding equipment and companies to the tower without renegotiation.

"Save the Males" Campaign
EM-Radiation Research Trust inaugurated a new health campaign this spring that aims to educate British men about the effects of cell phones on sperm health. Posters are available for download and
distribution. Everyday wireless device habits - like carrying cell phones in pockets or using laptops on laps - can result in significant EMF exposure to reproductive organs. While medical experts recommend reducing exposure, the public is largely unaware.

UK ICNIRP update
The current govt. guidelines in place do not include people who have implants. "It is a breach of Health and Social Care Act which prohibits beaming laser/lidar at the public," said Nicholas Martin, UK activist. He explains that because the warnings are inside the equipment that uses laser/lidar, the public is unaware of the concentration of light that affects the eyes. Laser
diodes emit 750 – 1100 milliwatts which should be 1 cm squared. Laser diodes that create in the terahertz range are category 4 and must have the warnings, but they are in the equipment and out of public view.
